Records

The Records Office is open Monday through Friday 9 am – 4pm.   No services between noon and 1pm.   Contact us at 419-865-7105 ext 201.

Requests for records may be faxed to 419-491-0096  or email your request to the police administrative assistant.

Public Records Request Form

To obtain a copy of an accident report that happened on a public roadway, please visit the  Ohio Crash System , this can be used for accident reports after August 1st, 2025.  If you are looking for an accident report prior to that or that occurred on private property,  please contact us at the numbers or email above.

National Webcheck/Fingerprinting

Electronic Fingerprinting Service for FBI & BCI are available Monday through Friday 9am – 4pmNo services between noon and 1pm.

Please complete the webcheck application before arriving for fingerprinting.  Please call ahead if you want to check availability at 419-865-7105 ext 201

Ink fingerprinting is also available Monday through Friday 9 am to 4 pm. You must supply your own cards. No services between noon and 1pm.
