BUILDING PERMITS

The Village of Holland contracts with the City of Maumee for the issuance of building permits and inspections.  Please note that the City of Maumee Building & Inspection offices will be closed on Friday, September 21, 2018.  That department is moving to:

450 W. Dussel Drive
Maumee, Ohio
Fire Station #2
(entrance at rear of building)

The offices will reopen on Monday, September 24, 2018, at the new location.  They will no longer be accepting cash payments for building permits, however, checks and credit cards will be accepted.

All zoning permits will continue to be issued by the Village of Holland, and are required prior to obtaining a building permit.  If you have questions, feel free to contact either office at 419-865-7104 (Holland) or 419-897-7075 (Maumee).

All income tax is handled through the Regional Income Tax Agency (R.I.T.A.) at 800-860-7482 or ritaohio.com.
