Economic Development Incentives
Our Administration would be pleased to review, with you, all available incentives. community services, transportation or other issues concerning your business plans.
Your Business would realize the benefits of many incentives available, which include, but are not limited to:
Community Reinvestment Area (CRA)
Offering 15 years of 100% real estate abatement on improvements and new construction.
Lucas County Enterprise Zone (EZ)
Offering up to 75% tax abatement on real property and/or up to 75% tax abatement on personal property taxes for up to 10 years.
Job Creation and Expansion Program
Annual grant to business on total payroll and number of employees up to maximum of $160,000.
Other Programs
Low Interest Construction Bonds, Job Training Grants and the State of Ohio Funds available through the Lucas County Improvement Corporation (LCIC), Private Industry Council (PIC), and the Ohio Department of Development.
