The City of Toledo provides our water.

The Village of Holland receives its water from the City of Toledo Department of Public Utilities. They may be reached at 419-245-1800.

When requesting service changes, give them ONLY your street address.
If you tell them “Holland”, they will refer you back to the village offices.

The Village of Holland is a member of the Northwest Ohio Aggregation Coalition (NOAC) which is comprised of many of the surrounding communities. The Coalition contracts with energy suppliers to achieve a lower cost for our residents.

Energy Harbor was chosen to provide the electricity to NOAC communities. The agreement runs through May of 2025. Cost per kWh 6.30cents.  The cost of electricity is included with your Toledo Edison invoice.  Do not take any action with any mailings you have been receiving and you will remain with the aggregation program.

Archer Energy was chosen to provide the natural gas to NOAC communities. The agreement runs through June 2026. Natural gas costs are included in the Columbia Gas of Ohio monthly bills. 

Should you receive an OPT OUT NOTICE from either utility and you wish to remain in the aggregation group, ignore the card and DO NOTHING.

If you have a different supplier and wish to switch to the NOAC providers, please call Palmer Energy at 419-539-9180 for assistance.

Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping control measure of the Village NPDES permit is aimed at reducing the amount of pollutants leaving municipal properties. Procedures for vehicle washing, catch basin cleaning, outfall cleaning and inspections, street sweeping and road salt application are areas targeted by the Village for reducing polluted runoff.
