All bicycles in the Village of Holland are, by law, supposed to be licensed by the Holland Police Department. We complete a bicycle inspection and have the person using the bicycle to demonstrate some safety issues. The licenses are given to the owner to be placed on the bicycle. The information gathered from the bicycle registration is kept on file with the Holland Police Department in the event that the bicycle is stolen. We will have the information on file for you or your insurance company. You can stop in the police station, during regular business hours and the officer on duty can complete this for you, or after regular business hours you can have the Lucas County Sheriff's Dispatcher contact the officer and they can stop at the station or your residence and complete this for you. Please complete this form and click submit
