| Division of Zoning More Information The Village is a zoned community. This means that the Village is divided into districts according to the use of an area. By districting, the Village Planning Commission and Council are better able to assure a high quality of life for our residents while encouraging community development. The Zoning Ordinance and Land Use Policy provide a long range guide for the development and use of land in the Village of Holland. The Village first enacted zoning in 1975. The Ordinance was updated in 2001 to reflect changing technology, social and economic concerns.
No Permit is required for:
Lucas County Building Regulations require a
zoning permit for permits to be issued.
