The Holland Business Center, bounded by Angola Road to the north, McCord Road to the west and I-475/US23 on the east and the Norfolk Southern Railroad to the south, was first developed in 1990. Phase I consists of 20.67 acres broken down into 22 lots. Eight of the lots are zoned B1, General business, and the remaining parcels carry a M1, Light Industrial, classification. All of the lots within Phase I are currently held by private owners with two of the lots being vacant. Strawberry Meadow Shopping Plaza, Bunting Bearings and Grabke's Body shop are three of the establishments located in Phase I.

HBC Phase II consists of 11 acres, all being zoned M1, Light Industrial. Phase II parcels are all developed at this time. DRS Industries, Young Supply and Hamilton Manufacturing are located within this phase of the Business Center.

HBC Phase III consists of 26 acres parceled into 13 lots. All lots are zoned M1, Light Industrial and all lots are privately held. There are two vacant lots in this portion of the Business Center and one is currently beginning the site plan review process. Located in Phase III are such businesses as Rennco Automation, Carpets by Otto and Bryant Building Products.
